We put up or Christmas tree a few weeks ago (with some help from Lumpy) and lots of lights outside too. As most people know Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love all the old holiday traditions we had as kids, and creating some new ones over the years. This year is especially bright because of Kyla. We put up our tree with loving care and a night spent as a family (including champagne and yummies, of course). I love hanging my mom's ornaments she made in college on our tree and thinking of all the Christmases she made so special.
