2 Month Check-Up

Kyla had her 2 month check-up yesterday and she is perfect of course! Her latest measurements are:

Weight: 11lbs 5oz (75th percentile for kids her age)

Length: 21-1/2 inches (25th)

Head Circumference: 15-1/4 inches (50th)

Kyla also got a series of vaccinations with 3 shots and 1 oral. She did fabulously with all of them and wasn't even bothered by the first 2 shots. The 3rd one contained a medecine that stings so she screamed after that one, but the oral one had a flavor she liked, so she stopped crying after that. It was hard to see her get the shots and be in pain, but after the whole surgical nightmare John and I could handle something minor like this! She's been a bit fussy since her shots (understandably of course), but a little Tylenol and she's back to her mellow happy self.

It's so hard to believe our little girl is already 2 months old!
